Commercial Services are also divided into two sections covering Grass root venture and Brown Field venture.

Grass Root ventures:

1. Develop Preliminary feasibility Study within  an accuracy level of +/- 30%.
2. Review the Market Supply and demand for the intended product.
3. Review The market price history for the product .
4. Work Out the product price forecast  for the project life time.
5. Arrange for product potential off takers.
6. Develop a bankable feasibility Study with an accuracy level of +/- 10 %.
7. Work out detailed organization chart for the potential project , both project phase and operations phase.

Brown Field Ventures:

1. Review current market conditions.Conduct plant site visits.
2. Review plant optimization system and recommend if not endorsed.
3. Improve quality assurance program.
4. Review organization manpower structure and issue recommendation for optimization .
5. Review the supply chain management system.
